2 Lemons

3 tablespoons of
Olive Oil

Chopped Mint

Salt, Pepper and
Garlic

1/2 teaspoon of
Allspice

Preparation Instructions:

Chop parsley and
add onions and tomatoes.

Soak cracked
wheat until wheat doubles in bulk.

Mix cracked wheat
with salad and add spices to desired taste.

Mix with lemon
and oil.

bread.
