Ingredients:

1 Large head of
Cabbage
-
1 1/2 cups of
rice
-
1 1/2 pounds of
ground beef, turkey, or lamb.

1 chopped onion
-
1 - 2 pound
package of sauerkraut

Salt, pepper, and
garlic to taste

Preparation
Instructions:

Parboil cabbage
until able to loosen leaves and and soft enough to roll with
filling.

Cook rice as
directed.

Combine rice, raw
meat, onion and spices.
-
Roll into the
cabbage leaves and layer in the pot with drained sauerkraut.
-
Cover with water
and cook 1 hour before serving.
