Telford Carnival - June 28, 2002

What a great night.  It wasn't very crowded and the heat and humidity decided not to show as well.  Of course, the night was centered around Donny and Natalie.  Rides and more rides.  Fun and more fun.  This is the second time we've been to this carnival.  The flying dragons, the jeeps, and the train were the same as last year.  We did, however, try out some new rides this time:  The ferris wheel, and the miniature roller coaster.  We were all able to ride in the same ferris wheel gondola.  I have one picture from the top of the wheel in this album.  The roller coaster was a first of their lifetime for both  Donny and Natalie.  They had a blast and ended up riding on it three times.  After taking about 20 photos of them on the roller coaster, I was able to scavenge a few half-decent ones.  Take a look.

The simple pleasures in life

Natalie and Donny steer toward the Telford's tropical forest in search for dinosaurs.

Looks like a date to me.

What a shot. Donny was being very gentleman-like.

A top the Ferris Wheel

Natalie didn't want to go on at first. She reallly liked it once she was up there. In fact, she ate here PB&J and enjoyed the view.

First Roller Coaster Shot

Natalie loves going around the curves.

She almost cried around the first couple of turns but did a 180° when she found out it wasn't so bad. What a smile.

Great Shot.

Are they cute, or what?

Macro shot on the Roller Coaster

Set the camera up for higher shutter speed on these. They turned out a little less blurry even though it was getting pretty dark.

Mommy and Daddy, I'm quite used to this now.

No problems or worries any more. This is a piece of cake.

Natalie's having so much fun!

Natalie sums up the night with this face. They were both so good that night.
